I have lived here for almost three years now and I have not had any issues that Debb and John couldn’t fix. The rent is a little pricey but it’s worth it for what the apartment has to offer. The location is great, not to far from campus you can walk or take the bus. The lighting is nice from the inside and outside including the parking lot. The granite countertops are very nice, easy to clean. If you get a unit that is furnished it is more expensive but not to bad. The quality of the furniture is nice and comfortable. They clean the furniture yearly. The decks are nice and sturdy. The key fobs are very easy to use and safer to use, no one can get in unless you let them in. This building is very clean, Maribel does an excellent job on keeping the entrance,hallways, laundry rooms spotless. Overall the management is very professional, friendly, and welcoming.
